1) This program does not guarantee that the customer will receive the preferred product at the time of launch or even within any stipulated timeframe.

2) In case customer is offered his preferred model, purchase transaction should be completed immediately and within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the offer. In case of non-payment, the pre-booking shall stand cancelled.

3) iNvent will not be liable in any way in case they are not able to fulfill the customer’s demand of the pre-booked product.

4) In case iNvent is not able to supply the product as per customer’s preference then refund of advance amount will be processed as per the refund policy.

5) In order to cancel this pre-booking, customer needs to submit a written cancellation request. Any refunds, if applicable, on cancellation will be processed as per the refund policy.

6) In case of advance payments made through credit or debit card, a cancellation charge of 2.5% will be applicable.

7) In case of any dispute, iNvent reserves the right to cancel this pre-booking at any time.

8) iNvent reserves the right to not disclose any data pertaining to customer registrations to any customers or third party under this program.

9) iNvent may share this data with Apple India Pvt. Ltd and its Distributors like Ingram Micro India Ltd in case needed for any validation of registrations or to enable supplies of products.
